Walk down a historic trail through one of the island's most diverse habitats, on the way to viewing one of Jekyll Island's active Bald Eagle nests. On tour with the Jekyll Island conservation staff, learn the trail's history, identify unique vegetation communities, and see examples of active wildlife research efforts.
Tours meet at the Infirmary, at the intersection of Shell Rd. and Stable Rd.

This program is offered on a first-come, first-served basis; ADVANCED RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
Tickets must be purchased online and cannot be purchased in person at the time of the walk.
Group size is strictly limited to 15 guests. Participants must be able to walk at least 2 miles and be tolerant of outdoor conditions.

Suggested Items to bring include water, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camera, binoculars, jacket, or raincoat. Please wear appropriate attire and arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early.
If a tour has to be cancelled for any reason you will receive an email to the account used in your ticket purchase no later than 1 hour before the scheduled start time of your walk.
