Join Jekyll Island preservationist Taylor Davis for a trip back to Jekyll's modern mid-century! This trolley-based tour will navigate several distinctive neighborhoods on Jekyll and highlight various excellent examples of the mid-century modern architectural style, influenced by architects like Frank Lloyd Wright. The tour includes a visit to the Jekyll Island Presbyterian Church, a unique example of a style that defines the island's residential neighborhoods.
This 90-minute tour includes light refreshments. Guests will be seated, either on the trolley or inside of the Jekyll Island Presbyterian Church, for the majority of the tour. Please meet for the tour at Mosaic, Jekyll Island Museum.
