Today, Halloween means trick-or-treating, costumes, and lots of candy. But how did members of the Jekyll Island Club celebrate Halloween-- and how did their celebrations change during the club era?
Come to the Mosaic Tack Room to learn what the members and employees of the Jekyll Island Club would have experienced during Halloween, from spiritualism and seances to mischief night and macabre tales. You'll learn about Club-era Halloween traditions, and maybe create a new tradition of your own!
This program is free and runs continuously from 11AM through 3PM in the Tack Room at Mosaic, Jekyll Island Museum.
