Georgia’s only sea turtle hospital, the Georgia Sea Turtle Center (GSTC) is located in the Historic District of Jekyll Island, GA. Once over the Jekyll River Bridge, turn left onto Riverview Drive (you should see painted turtles in the road, follow them). Turn right at the 3-way stop onto Stable Road, drive past Mosaic, Jekyll Island Museum, and finally turn left into the main GSTC parking lot (don't turn too early, wait until you see the green sign on the righthand side pointing you to the main lot and follow the painted turtles in the road). You should see painted turtles in the parking lot. Follow the painted turtles to the brick pathway that will lead you to the entrance, where you will check-in with our gift shop staff.
