Georgia’s only sea turtle hospital, the Georgia Sea Turtle Center (GSTC) is located in the Historic District of Jekyll Island, GA. Once over the Jekyll River Bridge, turn left onto Riverview Drive (you should see painted turtles on the road). Turn right at the 3-way stop onto Stable Road, drive past Mosaic, Jekyll Island Museum, and turn left into the main GSTC parking lot just past the red brick building (the green sign on the right points to the main lot). You should see painted turtles in the parking lot. Do not turn before you’ve reached the Center, or you will be in a hotel parking lot.
